What Happens at Your Consultation
You check in
Arrive at our office at 1811 Bering Dr, Suite 110 in Houston's Galleria area. Our team will greet you, get you settled, and walk you through any paperwork. If you've filled out forms online ahead of time, this takes a few minutes.
3D scan of your jaw
We take a cone beam CT scan — a quick, painless 3D X-ray that captures your entire jaw in about 30 seconds. This shows Dr. Azer your bone density, bone volume, nerve locations, and sinus position in detail that standard X-rays can't provide.
One-on-one with Dr. Azer
Dr. Azer reviews your scan with you on screen. He shows you exactly what he sees — where your bone is strong, where it's thin, what's going on with your teeth and gums. No jargon, just a clear picture of your situation.
Your options, explained
Based on your scan and goals, Dr. Azer walks you through your treatment options. If you need a single implant, he'll tell you. If full mouth is the right path, he'll explain why. If you're not a candidate for implants right now, he'll tell you that too — and what needs to happen first.
Cost breakdown
You'll get a full cost breakdown before you leave. Specific to your case, not a range. You'll know exactly what the procedure costs, what's included, and what financing options are available.
No pressure
That's it. You take the information home, think it over, and decide on your own timeline. We don't do same-day pressure tactics. If implants are right for you, you'll know — and we'll be here when you're ready.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Photo ID — Driver's license or government-issued ID
- Insurance card — If you have dental or medical insurance that may cover implants. Not required — many patients pay out of pocket or use financing.
- List of medications — Anything you're currently taking, including supplements.
- Previous dental records or X-rays — If you have them. Not required — we take our own 3D scan.
- Questions — Write them down. Dr. Azer will answer all of them.

Texas Dental Implant Center is located at 1811 Bering Dr, Suite 110 in Houston's Galleria area — one block west of Post Oak Blvd between Westheimer and San Felipe. The office features on-site 3D imaging, digital treatment planning, and a comfortable environment built for implant patients. Everything happens in one location — consultations, scans, surgery, and follow-ups.
