Full Mouth Dental Implants in Houston, TX

Choose between two options: removable implant-supported dentures starting at $12,999 per arch, or permanent fixed teeth (All-on-X) starting at $16,999 per arch — both placed by Dr. Michel Azer, a board-certified periodontist trained at Boston University.

Your consultation is free and includes a 3D scan of your jaw.

What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants?

Full mouth dental implants replace an entire arch of teeth — upper, lower, or both — using four to six titanium implant posts surgically placed into your jawbone. Those posts anchor a fixed set of custom-made teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.

Unlike traditional dentures, full mouth implants don't come out. They don't slip. You don't need adhesive. You brush them like regular teeth, eat whatever you want, and they stay in place permanently.

At Texas Dental Implant Center in Houston, Dr. Azer uses two primary approaches depending on your bone structure and needs:

All-on-4

Four implants per arch, strategically angled to maximize bone contact. Often works even for patients with some bone loss. This is the most common full mouth implant procedure.

All-on-X

More than four implants per arch, placed based on your specific bone anatomy. Dr. Azer determines the optimal number of implants for your case rather than defaulting to a fixed number.

Both approaches deliver the same result: a permanent, fixed set of new teeth in one surgical appointment.

Is This Right for You?

Full mouth dental implants are typically the best option if you're dealing with:

Most or all of your teeth are missing

You've been living with dentures or gaps and want a permanent solution that doesn't move.

Your remaining teeth are failing

Cracked, decayed, or loose teeth that can't be saved. Rather than treating them one at a time, a full arch restoration replaces everything at once.

Dentures that don't work

They slip when you eat. They hurt. They make you self-conscious. Implants eliminate all of that.

Severe gum disease

Advanced periodontal disease has damaged the teeth beyond repair. Dr. Azer is a board-certified periodontist, so he treats the gum disease and places the implants — same doctor, same office.

You've been told you don't have enough bone

Some patients are told they can't get implants because of bone loss. That's not always true. Angled implant placement (All-on-4) and bone grafting can often make implants possible. Dr. Azer evaluates this with a 3D scan during your free consultation.

What to Expect: Step by Step

1

Free Consultation + 3D Scan

Dr. Azer takes a cone beam CT scan of your jaw to map your bone structure in three dimensions. He reviews it with you, explains your options, and gives you a full cost breakdown. No commitment.

2

Treatment Planning

Using the 3D imaging, Dr. Azer plans the exact position of each implant using guided surgery software. This means precise placement, less guesswork, and faster recovery.

3

Surgery Day — Teeth in a Day

Any remaining teeth are extracted. Implants are placed. And you leave with a set of temporary fixed teeth the same day. You walk in with failing teeth or dentures and walk out with a new smile.

4

Healing Period

Over the next 3-6 months, the implants fuse with your jawbone (a process called osseointegration). Your temporary teeth are fully functional during this time — you can eat, talk, and smile normally.

5

Final Restoration

Once healing is complete, your permanent teeth are fabricated and placed. These are custom-made from zirconia or high-grade acrylic, designed to match your facial structure and look completely natural.
